Description: This seminar will discuss Kokkos, a popular library for developing performance portable parallel code that can be written once and run efficiently on many different architectures. This will include guidance on installing Kokkos on HPCMP systems, the fundamentals for developing parallel code with Kokkos, and using parallel techniques provided by Kokkos to effectively implement more complex kernels. This will include examples showing how to develop code that can efficiently run on both CPU and GPU nodes on HPCMP systems.
