Description: A Technical Overview and Demo of OpenShift and Kubeflow within the ARL SCOUT HPC system. The first part of this virtual workshop provides a hands-on with containers and the Red Hat OpenShift where you will learn to build, deploy, and manage containerized applications with Podman and OpenShift. The OpenShift cluster on SCOUT will be covered, along with demonstrations on how to access the cluster and the process for building container images using the OpenShift envirnoment on SCOUT. The final part of this training provides a demonstration of several use cases and many technologies using Kubeflow and the OpenShift on SCOUT, with a showcase on how open-source technologies and be combined to build powerful solutions.
