Description: This seminar will provide additional training on using Spack on DSRC systems. We will begin with a brief refresher on Spack and some of its notation. Next we will cover additional Spack commands that have proven helpful when installing software. We will go into more detail about how to modify both the compilers.yaml file and the packages.yaml file. Finally, we will then cover some additional topics including how to setup Spack on a machine not connected to the internet. Examples will be provided for most of the topics that are covered.
