Description: This course will expand upon the introductory coverage of Git provided in Git for HPC – Version Control on DSRC Systems. The first session will take an in-depth look at concepts in branching and merging, including merge conflicts, stashing, squashing and rebasing. The second session will present a collection of useful commands and strategies for managing Git repositories such as tagging, attributes and submodules.
