Additional Notes: On 28 March 2019, Jonathan Helmus from Anaconda presented a webinar on how he built some containers using Singularity scripts and templates, including the development of smoke tests and logging.  On 23 August 2019, James Mullinix, Greg Behm (PETTT/SAIC), along with Jack Harris (Infinite Tactics), provided an overview of how they did the first deployment of the DA Tools containers using a Docker build strategy, including the Docker build scripts.  Both presentations are included along with the container build scripts, smoke tests, and logging scripts.
