Description: The Resonant framework is an open, extensible platform for data management, analytics, and visualization (http://resonant.kitware.com). This class will focus on using this framework for data management, access control, and customization while highlighting example use cases from specific problem domains. Students will learn how to store and convert data to and from the Girder data management platform, including CSV, SQLite, and MySQL. Many of the examples will utilize Jupyter notebooks, Pandas dataframes, and Scikit-Learn. Students will understand how to use Resonant to work with diverse datasets starting from their own client systems up through data management on DoD supercomputers.
